We were approached by Warner Music to design the new Biffy Clyro album Ellipsis.
An important part of the brief was for the aesthetic to be a complete departure from the previous artworks.
The creative needed to be graphic, stark and mathematical to reflect the new records stripped back approach. The three dots of the ellipses represent each of the three band members, and also the idea of this album continuing their story. After release the album went to number one in the charts and received critical acclaim.
Full campaign elements included a new band logo, special edition book, vinyl, CD and single artworks.
